Official "kuzuki" build

Well, the time has come. I have everything I need to build my bike.
I will be using a 1972 suzuki gt750 "waterbuffulo" or "tea pot" ($250.00). It came with another bike so I'm not worried about harming a classic.
My motor is a kubota zb600c-1 ($20.00), out of a wood chipper I think. I picked it up out of a scrap yard of all places. It has 400psi, but it looks like the p.o. ran it out of fuel and gave up trying to bleed it.
For now, I will be using a cvt clutch pulley setup($60.00)

Very interested to watch the build. I have always been interested in those engines and thought they would be perfect for a bike with the cylinders horizontal making for a short engine as opposed to most engines others including myself use, which tend to be very tall.

Well, I still have some math to figure out, but the frame is now bare. But as it looks, I won't even have to remove the radiator. It's almost as if the two were ment for each other.

Turns out I can't use the integrated radiator. So, I removed it and found a nice plate of aluminum.
I aim to add a thermostat, on the outlet, and just a simple coolant barb for the inlet. I can even use a 12v. Coolant pump from a prius.

Before you get to far into it...... check with a Kubota guru like North Idaho Wolfman.... (you know whom he is). Think there is possibility you can swap front case and water pump from a later bota that uses same block but whose front case has a water pump etc... Like a d602... ??? who knows maybe the D722

I finally got the motor resting in the frame. It seems to fit well, but slightly tight.

The cvt should work.....I've not seen it done this way, so we should see how this pulley works on top of the "drive" clutch.

it's been a minute, but im making progress. I just picked up a new job so my funding is back and im gonna be buying the last bits I need to finish my bike. I can't lie, Im SO excited Im wetting myself. I should have some pictures soon, so i'll have those up in no time.

I would be totally game. I'm gonna see about getting something together if I can't find anything. This little project has a bunch of people around me looking for motors of their own.

I've made some real progress this month. I found a good set of air tanks that I'll use for fuel. I have the "clutch" set up (pictured is not what I'm using.) it's got all non essential equipment wired. Also My cooling system is only missing a pump. I also need to fabricate a whole new stainless steel exhaust

I drove it yesterday and i need to tweek the ratio. It only goes 45mph/72kph, and that just isn't enough, It's basically a giant minibike.
Although I only had a mile of road to work with and it felt like it had more to give.
