I'm pretty sure this isn't fake. And the angle of filming doesn't show too much, and we don't have any specifics on mods to the engine.
Buuut, it still looks like wild acceleration from a single cylinder kubota hopper cooled engine in a walking tractor. That kind of power would move a motorcycle...

Heavy diesel engine, tiny little wheels, belt drive.. what's not to like?
There's quite a bit of this going on in Thailand and Laos. The engines are industrial-spec and leave quite a bit of room for tuning. These engines are HEAVY cast iron beasts though..

My in law family has one of this farm tractors with this engine. It is very havy and I woud say it is to havy for a motorbike. I drove it with a trailer carriing 1500 Kg, and it pulls it pretty good. With a light man only it is possible that it moves like this.
