Yam XJ600 Diesel bike conversion

First issues noisy clutch.

Noticed a large amount of play.

Dismanteled it tonight and noticed all the bolts very loose holding the clutch basket to the pulley, and 3 of them missing nuts!

Some tight bolts and loctite later im back in action!

There is loctite on mine. Seems to work ok. Pink loctite which is undo able. I have green on central clutch nut as I don't want that coming off!

I think I may have been a bit hastily when I first put it together and didn't actually torque the bolts up. All done up with loctite so fingers crossed.

160 miles round the surrey hills this weekend with no issues! (apart from a couple of non-loctited bolts coming loose)
