Since i'm looking for a different ratio setup for the final drive i've decided to pull it apart. To my surprice i was able to collect 40ml of oil from outside the final drive. It's leaking alright. 13000km.
I'm looking for info on changing the ratio. And or company's that do these kind of jobs. I have found one in the US but i'll try to find one nearby first.
Track T-800cdi final drive.

thanx. Was hoping you found a place that offered a way to do ratio changes.
Side note: Member here Curtis in TX also does rebuild some BMW shafts. Before someone tells you that your shaft is not rebuild-able cause they don't sell the parts for that.......... only a whole new one. Contact Curtis.
