V2 positioned North to South & CVT in CB750 frame possible?

Post by stephen »

Hey guys,

Im still no closer to obtaining a 73/74/75/75 CB750K rolling chassis but thought Id ask, do you think its possible for the V2 to fit north to south (opposite to the one in the attached picture) with a CVT in a stock CB750 frame and a drive shaft. Id really like that moto guzzi look. I think if the second pulley where to be positioned laterally it would be out way too far. maybe position the second pulley superiorly and turn it round??

ideally I would like a motoguzzi/BMW type clutch/gearbox but that's kinda beyond me technically I think...?

any ideas?

Cheers

Stephen
