Henry's a good guy so you don't have to worry about help should you need it.

My 418cc has done over 10k with no internal troubles. I have had multiple fuel pump failures and the flywheel key snapped off. I also replaced the injector as they are crap by default.

I'm an expert now on L100 pumps and injectors. Wish I wasn't though! The easiest way to know if it's your fuel pump is whether you have any smoke coming out the exhaust. If not then it's buggered. Don't worry it did it on mine too. I posted a thread last year about it.

Reason - the chinese are spot welding the key onto the shaft. Guaranteed failure.

Easy fix, simply groove a proper key yourself then stick a wedge of metal in it of appropriate size.

Did not reach the reserve of 2k, if anyone offers this they can have it. I will break it if not as it's worth more in parts. Bike standards me 4k and half my life in the garage.

The 418cc is 10.3Hp, the 406 is 9.8Hp (according to the Chinese supplier I'm buying parts from).

Also makes me think it's not an L100N injector but that the Chinese clones can use another type altogether.

I'm not 100% sure its just the nozzle. I'll go for that option if I can find anyone doing just the nozzle.
