After a long pause i have more info; There was rust in the injector, which is now re-assembled and adjusted and now functions well. I built in the engine again and it has a normal stable idle but lacks a lot of power. It is MUCH lazier then my 13hp 188 engine. Governer springs in outer holes, limita...

I figure the smaller of the 2 governer springs have something to to with de stabile run at lower load/rpm's. I hailed 3 Yanmar-dealers for a set of springs (both springs have 2 numers at the drawing, that means there are 2 types of each?) but not one of them responded.

Engine is running again! With the help of valve-lapping paste, patience, loctite 648 and a electric spanner (What's it called in English?) I de-aired the fuel line but, rpm, especially when half throttle, is fluctuating very much, idling is not possible.. Fuel flow is allright Does anyone have a tip?

I found out another flaw; Why the flywheel spinned over the crankshafft despite tightening the big nut; The taper does not align with each other..
There's no source for spare parts for these engines?

The section where the fuel pump is, is different for the 188
There's a lid between the pump houding and the engine, and forgot if there's a copper gasket on booth sides (which influences the timing)

No, since an injector is closed at rest, i wonder how..
Anyway, the 10-12Nm fastening torque for the injector seems low? Because of the high compression of the engine?
Or is this (again) marely in my head?

I cannot belive 7nM is enough? There was RUST in the injector of the new engine, i discovered it rec...

Is the outer spring which should pull the lever back still in position?

.. doesn't come entirely back to idling when releasing throttle.

Solved it, worn out chain/sprockets were at fault.. Thought you would like to know for whgen you are encountering something like this..

I am interested in the Rotek.at 474 single diesel but, although i contact them in German, it is very hard to get any basic info from them (such as the price, and some tech. data) as if they don't want to sell at all?

That's a watercooled kubota twin? If you find them, is it true that it is very expensive if you have to overhaul them? (and i think you will need a different subframe?)

Some time ago i contacted the seller -again- for a possiblesolution.. like sending me a used, but good engine which does give a good output, or a refund or anything,

Alltogether i cannot recommend buying a 192 winsun engine..

You mean it leaks where the governer arm is mounted in the engine? (can you make a pic to be sure?)

To have something to do in the corona situation, i am installing the lazy engine again, but leave out the governer spring and attch throttle direct to the lower governer arm, so the pump will deliver at max..
