Enfield w. subframe fit for yanclone, can i swap engine?
Dear folks.. I had purchased a brand new Weima 192 engine, which delivered good performance but ran itself into destruction within 300km's. The dealer, Grünwelt from Germany then 'suddenly' doesn't give any warrantee (But states 2 years warrantee) and also is not willing, or capable of selling me th...

Re: Lazy 15 HP yanclone?
After a long pause i have more info; There was rust in the injector, which is now re-assembled and adjusted and now functions well. I built in the engine again and it has a normal stable idle but lacks a lot of power. It is MUCH lazier then my 13hp 188 engine. Governer springs in outer holes, limita...

Re: Winsun 192 anyone
I figure the smaller of the 2 governer springs have something to to with de stabile run at lower load/rpm's. I hailed 3 Yanmar-dealers for a set of springs (both springs have 2 numers at the drawing, that means there are 2 types of each?) but not one of them responded.

Re: Winsun 192 anyone
Engine is running again! With the help of valve-lapping paste, patience, loctite 648 and a electric spanner (What's it called in English?) I de-aired the fuel line but, rpm, especially when half throttle, is fluctuating very much, idling is not possible.. Fuel flow is allright Does anyone have a tip?

I found out another flaw; Why the flywheel spinned over the crankshafft despite tightening the big nut; The taper does not align with each other..

Re: Winsun 192 anyone
Does anyone have an exploded view of the engine?
The section where the fuel pump is, is different for the 188
There's a lid between the pump houding and the engine, and forgot if there's a copper gasket on booth sides (which influences the timing)
I cannot find one online?

Re: Winsun 192 anyone
No, since an injector is closed at rest, i wonder how..
Anyway, the 10-12Nm fastening torque for the injector seems low? Because of the high compression of the engine?
Or is this (again) marely in my head?

.. doesn't come entirely back to idling when releasing throttle.
I replaced the cable.
Can it be the flywheight system sticking?
Winsun 188, about 50.000kim's

Maybe too specific diesel knowledge for the enthousiast here?
Besides the flywheight system, could it be the wear of the pump ityself?> giving not exactly the same amount of fuel every time?

.. Satrting is okay, power is okay, but when riding at a steady speed, the engine is running a very little 'uneven' like you have rhithemmacally strong wind ahead. Also acelleration is a little uneven. The chain and sprockets need to be renewed, for this i have to remove the primary drive. shall i al...

Injector cleaner experiences?
Hi everyone, My engine runs lately under load very little irregular; You cannot hear difference in RPM but when riding you feel a little 'swaying' back and forth in power. Fuel filter is new. No air in fuel line. Further info; winsun 188, ca. 40.000km's. Question of today; what about 'repair in a bo...

Re: Lazy 15 HP yanclone?
I have some new info; I measured the clearance between the pump stem and the cam in 'rest'. This is 0,3mm, seems okay. the maximum lift is 8,2mm. The cam itself looks okay (not unevenly worn of misshaped or so). Does anyone recognise of have different data on camhight fo the fuel pump? Or another re...

Anyone has a tip to get the enfield DL front brake working?

That's a watercooled kubota twin? If you find them, is it true that it is very expensive if you have to overhaul them? (and i think you will need a different subframe?)
