yeahs that's what i have been Thinking about the injector but the fact is that in older models not only the injector was Fat and bulky its working pressure was 210ps factory and locally the working pressure for a diesel bullet was 180ps..but in these new Slim type injectors the pressure is 250ps if ...

okay so now i have installed another battery and now i have 2 12v battery 14ah each,both summing up to 28ah...and now i am able to start the engine with out any lag or engaging the Decompresser...

well i have always used Agip oil its a standard oil brand here..we also get shell and Mobil but the agip is of higher grade..so i use it...i will look in to the rocker shaft and rocker arms..

well the bigger 435cc has a knocking sound when idealing so i upped the idealing rpm a bit...but i guess that shouldnt be the cause of heating,beacause i dont ideal so much..and also it heats up on rides..i will look into the temps ..but anyhow if fixing a oil cooler will help in any way..then i bet...

although i am very satisfied with the thump in my bike at the moment...earlier the setup was a free flowing exhaust to a no muffler short bottle...the noise it made at lower rpms was just Illegal..lolbut now the with the glasswool direct flow its all silenced..

my engine makes a hell lot of tappet and rocker noise and online i read that oil lubricating will help...can some one throw some light on this topic ..??? has anybody already tried this..???

Hello guys...so wanna know, do single cylinder diesels need oil cooling..??? i have a 6ld435cc on my enfield and on long rides the engines kind of gets hot...it doesn't overheats..just gets hot and if i stop the engine then i will have to stop for a few minutes so to allow it to cool and then start ...

sorry that is not me..his name is also Mahesh but hes from kerala or tamil nadu...and he does a good job candy coating a bike and selling for big bucks...a friend of mine asked for a bike from him and he quoted 2 Lakhs rupees... here at my place we can get get a bike custom restored for like 1 lakhs...

well where i live 10mm iron plates are easily avaiable.....they cost like 55rs for a kilo and so a 10mm plate can be bought for like 500rs ... and rs means rupee...but steel is costlier..and here in india engine mounting plates are being made from 8mm iron plates from like way back 1980`s...and thos...

Update it seems enfield frame can handle a 60kg engine well enough but the 510cc is way too tall for the frame.....even though we can modify the chasis to fit the engine i think its better to leave it as it is because we dont want to mess up the frames tensile strenght and also the bike ergonomics w...

h i know i doo care about torque but i always thought torque and acceleration are 2 different things...as torque is weight pulling factor where as acceleration is a 0-60 speed pickup factor...correct me if i am wrong...and also i dont want the best of both power and mileage....i want a good balance ...
