Re: My Honda CB750 diesel project

I have put on a T joint where the oil pressure switch is to feed the turbo. Got that idea from Heiko Fleck,s turbo Triumph with Lombardini engine. The return goes in to one of the two oil drain plug on the side of the oil pan.

Re: My Honda CB750 diesel project

The turbo i used was a RHB 32 but I had to remove it because I found a crack in the turbine house. So I have been now driving without a turbo this summer. But 3 weeks ago I got a brand new one that fits better to the engine. A RHB 31 that they use on yanmar engine. That's what the ad said. Now it is...

Update on my Honda diesel project. It is now Honda Turbo Diesel. Drove about 100km today with my newly installed turbo. Tuned the diesel flow so now it goes good. I recon I will improv it further but for now it's ok. The top speed has improved only by 5km but it pulls strong and the engine goes much...

Peter the blacksmith wrote:So - is it not possible to move the front sprocket out 5 - 6 mm with a spacer ?? :(
Hi Peter
I moved the front sprocket on my bike with a spacer I made. On my engine it was not a problem. Took some measurement and turned a spacer on my lathe :-)

More updated on my project.
Lights and blinkers are done.
Because it has CVT drive i have added a parkingbreak on the rear wheel as a precaution so it dont accidently run away when i start it. See YouTube video.

[quote="pietenpol2002"]Great work Bj-torb. Can't wait to see the finished machine on the road. And great to have another 750 builder join the ranks. Regarding the gearbox/cvt discussion, it would appear from some eyeball measuring that an Enfield gearbox would fit quite nicely behind the L...
